TECHNOLOGY
The custom titanium-based subperiosteal plate is designed based on CBCT imaging and manufactured using CAD/CAM technology.
Thanks to the special design of the titanium mesh structure, the implant can be securely fixed and has the osseointegrative properties required for integration.
Manufacturing is done with 3D printing (Laser Metal Fusion) using grade 23 titanium (Ti6Al4V), which provides excellent mechanical properties as well as biocompatibility. The restorations also allow for facial reconstruction.
The manufacturing process has CE certification.
