Following extraction of a fractured tooth in the maxillary esthetic zone, an SGS P5G implant was immediately placed in a prosthetically driven position. Peri-implant tissue augmentation was performed using Botiss cerabone® + maxgraft® and PRF.
An individualized screw-retained provisional restoration was delivered within 24 hours to support soft-tissue conditioning and establish an optimal emergence profile. The definitive implant restoration is planned after 6 months of hard- and soft-tissue maturation.
Successful immediate implant therapy requires precise implant positioning, tissue reconstruction, and careful prosthetic management to achieve a stable and esthetic outcome
