SGS Dental, represented by its official distributor in Iraq, Himat Co. Ltd. has sponsored a symposium about SGS Dental Implant System at the Uruk University – College of Dentistry, which included lectures, exhibition and workshop about SGS Dental.
105 dentists from different academic & professional levels attended the symposium.
The lectures were given by Assist. Prof. Dr. Mudher AbdulMunem ( Head of Prosthodontics department in Uruk Dentistry College ).
During the workshop a live demo was given by Dr. Mudher to demonstrate the drilling protocol, implant insertion, and impression taking.
The 16 participants who attended the workshop, had the chance to practice the drilling and implant insertion on animal bone samples.
Training was given by Dr. Waleed Ibraheem & Dr. Ali Kareem, and co-trainers Dr. Khalid Hammoodi & Dr. Yasir Adnan.
